The breakfast was lovely and delightful, and the dining room was kept stocked. The place had an elegant atmosphere. Location: the hotel was very close to 2016 & 2018's best restaurant as well as the historical centre. Stopped by Art Caffe' to get some coffee and treats, it's a super close walk to the venue, recommend...

Absolutley gorgeous building but it woudl ve been nice if the staff had shown us how to exit the courtyard, we almost got stuck! Can someone fix the bathroom lighting? It was like being in a cave! And to top it off, no welcome gift when i arrived, just unacceptable! Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Staff was polite and breakfast was gorgeous and delightful. The vibe here was ELEGANT. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient.

The decor in the Beautiful Double Room caught my eye immediately. It felt airy and bright with beautiful details. Benedetta, the owner, really stood out for her really good hospitality. She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, even preparing a goody bag with breakfast items for my early tour departure. Navigating the self-check-in process was tricky, especially after a long travel day. I had some confusion with the locking mechanism on the doors. I wish there had been clearer instructions provided for that since it led to a bit of a stressful start. The location made up for small inconveniences. Just a short walk from the main piazza, perfect for exploring. I would return to enjoy another stay!

Bernadetta's hospitality stood out, especially when she guided us to a vibrant feste in the piazza. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful decor of our room. Pro tip, be mindful of the self-check-in process. It can be a little tricky at first!
